Join for the 4th Annual Dog-tober Fest.  There will be a costume contest and awards for your furry friends - categories include best small dog, best medium dog, best large dog, best bulldog, best doodle, best wagon/float, crowd favorite, and best family/group!

All dogs to remain on leash for this event
