Discover the Excitement of Legoland California

New Dino Valley Adventures and the Spectacular LEGO World Parade

Our recent trip to Legoland California was an absolute blast for our family! Each of our sons, aged 2 to 9, found something special to enjoy during our visit. One of the best parts about this park is how easy it is to get around, and there are plenty of activities for kids without long waits in line. If you have a child who can't wait in line for long periods due to a disability, Guest Services offers a disability pass that reduces wait times—a huge help for families like ours.

Every time we visit, we discover something new. Last time, we explored the Sea Life Aquarium nearby, which was fantastic. This trip, we ventured into the water park for the first time and had a blast. With multiple sections and plenty of seating, it was perfect for our family. The splash pad was a particular hit with our kids!

Of course, we always have to visit the LEGO Ferrari Build and Race section, where kids can build their own car creations using LEGO and race them!  There's also a LEGO DUPLO section for the littles, where they can take part in the fun too!

Dino Valley was another highlight of our day. Alongside rides like Coastersaurus for the older kids, there are attractions like DUPLO Little Dino Trail that our little ones loved. At Dino Outpost, kids can dig up fossils and build their own LEGO DUPLO dinosaurs—a creative adventure for young imaginations. Don't miss the chance for a photo with characters like the T-Rex Costume Fan and Paleontologist—they're great for capturing memories!

A highlight for us was Explorer River Quest, where incredible dinosaur LEGO creations amazed us all. And to cap off our day, the LEGO World Parade was a joyous spectacle, featuring themed floats, lively characters, and interactive play that had kids dancing and singing along.

At the end of our day of fun, it was great to watch the LEGO World Parade, chock full of LEGO Themed Floats, fun costumed characters, and lots of interactive play!  I loved how they brought kids out from the audience to participate in all of the marching, dancing and singing!

I highly recommend a visit to Legoland California. Whether you stay in Carlsbad for a long weekend or just visit for the day, it's a wonderful way to create lasting family memories.
