Youth Fitness: Yoga & Gymnastics Classes

This class will teach body awareness and improve flexibility while encouraging kids to use their imagination through story-telling, class themes, music and crafts. Kids will be taught by an experienced youth yoga Instructor.
Ages 3-5 - (days/dates, Tuesdays (May 3rd-June 28, July 5-August 30th) (time 4:15-4:45pm)
Cost $80
Ages 6-8 (date/days, Tuesdays (May 3rd-June 28, July 5-August 30th) (time 4:30-5:30pm)
Cost $100
Ages 9-12 (date/days, Fridays (May 6th -June 24th , July 1st-August 26th ) (time 4-5pm)

Youth Gymnastics: Monday/ Wednesday / Saturday
YMCA Gymnastics Classes offer instruction and practice in a fun and supportive environment that emphasizes character development, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. Exercises include beam, floor, bars, rings, etc.
Monday & Wednesday Class Times
Preschool (ages 3-5): Time 3 -3:40pm
Level 1: Time 3:45-4:30pm
Level 2: Time 4:30-5:15pm
Saturday Class Times
Preschool: (ages 3-5) Time 10-10:45am
Level 1: Time 10:50-11:35am
Level 2: Time 11:40-12:25am
